Let us consider three locations:

1. The Tenuta delle Querce Grosse in Francavilla (CH)
2. Hotel Villa Medici in Lanciano (CH)
3. Villa Elena in Lanciano (CH)

Tightness of the Oaks Grosse

For: beautiful park 11 thousand hectares, very nice and wide, beautiful medieval style furnishings. Excellent cuisine.

Versus: music sets, high price compared to the type of local, do not give exclusivity in any way, small and not very elegant rooms, unfriendly manager.

 

Hotel Villa Medici

For: excellent cuisine, they give exclusivity (they only do your wedding on that day), high elegance, very nice and accommodating on the price, exclusive service, high pastry, Maximum availability, beautiful swimming pool.

Versus: bad location, ugly surroundings outside the hotel gate, little space outside without park, swimming pool dangerous for children because it is too close to the restaurant (although there is a security officer).

Villa Elena

For: beautiful and huge rooms, elegance of tablecloths and dishes, large and well-kept garden, playground, good food, beautiful and elegant armchairs at the tables.

Versus: a po’ anonymous structure from outside (country house style in faded color), there are no banquets in the garden even during the summer.
