The Cantonese rice (Fried Rice) is a typical dish belonging to Chinese cuisine. It is one of the most known and appreciated Chinese recipes, together with the spring rolls. Inevitable in any meal Chinese.
It is served hot and is usually seasoned with soy sauce. It is recommended as a first course or as a side dish for meat or fish.

- 250 gr. Thai rice
- 200 gr. fresh peas already shelled
- 80 gr. diced ham
- 100 gr. peeled shrimp
- 2 eggs.

Preparation
Cook the peas in boiling salted water for 4 – 5 minutes, then set aside. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, set aside and boiled rice for 10 minutes. Let cool. In a large frying pan (must contain all the ingredients) you heat the oil, pour in the beaten eggs with a pinch of salt.
