I know it's common as recipe and there "wants the art" to make it, but this is how I do. I've eaten just tonight.
Ingredients for two people
- a network of fresh clams
- 250 g spaghetti
- half a glass of white wine
- garlic
- olive oil, sale
- parsley
- chili pepper
Preparation
Wash the clams and put them in a large pot on the fire for ten minutes or the time it takes to open and cook. Meanwhile put plenty of oil in a pan with the garlic and chopped parsley, fry and add the clams previously boiled and cleaned. Soak immediately with the wine and let it evaporate. Add a little 'liquid boiled clams. Cook until it withdraws all. Cook the spaghetti in salted water, previously put to boil, drain and toss with the sauce of clams. Fresh parsley on plates!
