Simple and very similar to our cutlet: in Austria this dish is found in all restaurant menus, from the cheapest to the most luxurious, along with classic wustel of all kinds.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 veal chops
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- oil
- sale
- flour
- bread crumbs
Preparation
Take 3-4 veal chops with bone. In a bowl whisk 1 whole egg, 1 tablespoon milk, qialche drop of oil and a little’ salt. Beat the meat, salt it and pass it in flour. Dip in beaten egg then the meat and then pass it in bread crumbs, pressing it well. Immediately fry in hot oil. Serve with potatoes, salad or rice.
