Ingredients to 3 people:
- 2 zucchini great;
- 3 potatoes average;
- an onion,
- olive oil and salt
- parsley.
Preparation:
Cut courgettes into slices and diced potatoes. Fry the sliced onion in oil, add zucchini and potatoes. Continue to fry, add water to cover everything and chopped parsley. Cook about fifteen minutes until absorbed water. Stir and serve hot.
I really like potatoes and, combined with zucchini cooked in this way, simple but tasty, They are excellent.
